the complimentary breakfast was acceptable.
i experienced a problem with the air conditioning, and it made sleeping difficult (i should have complained more). i mentioned it multiple times, but the issue was never fully resolved. also, the wifi was virtually nonexistent on my floor.

the parking situation was not good. i arrived late one night and there were no available spaces. i had to park far away and walk a long distance to the hotel. also, i didn't appreciate the infrequent shuttle service to the airport. it made planning my schedule difficult because i needed more flexibility.

i found the room quite comfortable and clean. the provided tea and coffee facilities were quite convenient. the hotel offered easy access to public transport options, a definite plus for exploring.
